Wild Style is a series of gag comics written after Lycosa and before Solar System. They have a very different feel from the other story arcs; modern day humans freely interact with uncivilized animals, references to the Art and previous arcs are numerous and satirical, and every strip is a self-contained joke.
The largest recurring subplot takes place near the end, where a man asks one of six animals to draw a Wild Style comic, before he himself draws one. The results are amusing.
The 30th and final comic of Wild Style is itself very different from the rest of Wild Style. It is drawn in color, has a serious tone to it, and, by Zack's admission, is a semi-autobiographical account of his art.
